Important

SmartPager alerts over the internet and therefore cannot match the resilience of a conventional pager. Use SmartPager only as supplementary alerting, never as a replacement.

Core feature
Smart alerting (beta)

Smart alerting makes it possible to call out only those responders who hold the skills the incident actually needs. If someone declines or does not respond, the next suitable member is alerted immediately.

Smart alerting relies on smart profiles, so that members' skills can be taken into account when an alert goes out. Suitable members are then selected fairly.

Incident log

The incident log keeps communication with your members efficient while building a chronological record of how the incident unfolded. As part of the incident report it can be used for documentation afterwards.
